The Chair of AMA, Mrs. Armela Krasniqi, met with representatives of cable operators in the Korça district, which are authorized by the institution she leads. The main purpose of the meeting was to collaborate with them in the fight against piracy.
“The increase in ISP providers offering audiovisual content illegally is harming competition and honest operators. Therefore, we support the legitimate operators in the market to fight online piracy,” said the Chair of AMA.
With the will to combat the phenomenon of piracy, AMA has started a series of roundtables discussions with legitimate operators in all regions of the country.
Previously, the meetings with legitimate operators were held in Shkodër, Lezhë, Elbasan, Berat, and Vlorë.
