During the first 9 months of 2025, the Council of Complaints reviewed a total of 351 cases. The Council’s primary focus remains direct communication with the public and the serious handling of its concerns and complaints remain among the main priorities of our work. Each reported issue is addressed by the Council of Complaints as a priority and in full compliance with the applicable legislation.
According to the 9-month analysis for 2025, the Council of Complaints received these cases, shown in percentages:
17.09% concerned privacy violations;
11.11% related to violence or its promotion;
8.55% related to the best interests of the family;
7.97% involved damage to reputation;
1.99% related to gender-based discrimination;
1.07% involved the use of hate speech.
