AMA’s inspection teams are in the field every day. During the first 9 months of 2025, a total of 199 inspections were carried out to verify compliance with broadcasting rights, both for entities authorized by AMA and for ISP operators.
Following the inspections, 7 fines and 14 calls for attention were imposed on the identified violators.
The frequencies monitoring and the prevention of piracy remain key priorities in Audiovisual Media Authority daily work.
