* Non-compliance with programming conditions as per license/authorization requirements (23%)
Some audiovisual operators have not adhered to the content and format approved in their license, deviating from the approved programming and broadcasting content that was not part of their legal obligations.
* Use of hate speech and discrimination (21%)
In some broadcasts, the use of offensive and discriminatory language has been noticed, which is a concerning phenomenon that requires immediate intervention to ensure ethical and responsible communication.
* Issues with broadcast advertisements (12%)
The Audiovisual Media Authority emphasizes the importance of adhering to rules to ensure a safe and professional media environment for all citizens. For this reason, it will continue to rigorously monitor audiovisual content and take measures against identified violations.
