Piracy and the exposure of children to pornography, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and violence are the violations that are most frequently identified during these weeks of collaboration between citizens-AMA-TikTok for the removal of harmful content.
So far, we have reviewed and taken action on:
- 437 complaints received by AMA
- 143 were found to be violations of the law. Of these, 139 videos/audios have been removed from the platform, and 4 are under review
Regarding piracy, since the start of our collaboration with TikTok, we have recorded:
- 953 videos reported for piracy, of which 917 have been removed from the platform
- 131 profiles closed after being reported for pirated content
- 36 cases in progress
In addition to piracy cases, citizens are encouraged to report harmful content that includes violence, hate speech, child abuse, community abuse, or violations of fundamental rights, etc.
