The content monitoring data for April, prepared by the analysis teams at the Audiovisual Media Authority, indicate a clear dominance of certain political actors and institutions across national television broadcasters.
According to the report on political parties, the Democratic Party accounted for 67.01% of total airtime, followed by the Socialist Party with 29.91%, and the Party for Unity and Human Rights with 1.61%.
On the other hand, regarding the presence of state institutions, the Government accounted for 44.45% of airtime, the Prime Minister’s Office for 43.56% and the Parliament for 9.99%.
In the indicator of synchronous actors, Edi Rama led in April with 31.34%, followed by Sali Berisha with 29.90% and Taulant Balla with 5.28%.
