During the first half of 2026, the Audiovisual Media Authority (AMA) conducted 134 inspections as part of its monitoring and oversight of the audiovisual market.
The inspections covered cable networks, IPTV and OTT services. They were carried out both in response to complaints submitted to AMA and as part of field verification activities undertaken by the Authority’s structures, enabling the identification and handling of cases involving violations.
Through this process, AMA continues to strengthen its monitoring and oversight of the audiovisual market by taking the necessary measures in response to identified violations. These actions are aimed at ensuring compliance with the applicable legal framework, enhancing the audiovisual media services standards and safeguarding the public interest.
