The Audiovisual Media Authority continues its efforts to identify and remove harmful content from digital platforms, in cooperation with citizens and TikTok.
From February 4 to September 30, 2026, AMA has handled 322 complaints. Following review, 140 pieces of content were found to be in violation of the law. Of these, 112 videos or audios were removed from the platform, while the remaining 28 are still under review.
The removed content includes:
- 14 videos depicting acts of violence;
- 3 videos containing religious hatred;
- 3 videos showing criminal acts;
- 34 videos exposing children to pornography, narcotics, alcohol, tobacco, and violence;
- 54 videos inciting violence and hatred;
- 4 audios containing language that exceeded accepted moral and ethical standards.
Regarding piracy, 2,219 cases were reported during this period, including 1,025 photos and 1,194 videos. All reported content has been removed from the platform, and there are currently no cases under review.
Every complaint and report received has been handled with responsibly and in compliance with the applicable legal provisions. AMA will continue working with citizens and digital platforms to help create a safer online environment.
