The Chair of AMA, Ms. Armela Krasniqi, attended the 60th meeting of the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities (EPRA), held in Cyprus from October 23-25, 2024.
With 130 participants from over 40 European regulators, representatives from the European Commission, OSCE, the European Audiovisual Observatory, and various experts, the meeting focused on current media issues and EU-adopted acts aimed at further regulation of the audiovisual market.
“We shared knowledge and experiences on implementing the European Digital Services Act, cooperation and guidelines from trusted flaggers, the reporting of online hate speech, and methods of preventing abuse,” stated AMA Chair, Armela Krasniqi, who also serves as the Vice Chair of EPRA.
