The content monitoring data for February, prepared by the analysis teams at the Audiovisual Media Authority, show a clear dominance of certain political actors and institutions on national television channels.
According to the report on political parties, the Democratic Party of Albania accounts for 74.70% of total airtime, followed by the Socialist Party of Albania with 23.85% and the Mundësia Party with 0.63%.
Meanwhile, regarding the presence of state institutions, the Prime Minister’s Office holds 45.66% of airtime, followed by the Government of Albania with 35.78%, the Parliament of Albania with 16.14%, the Presidency of Albania with 2.20% and independent institutions with 0.22%.
In the synchronous actors’ indicator, Sali Berisha leads with 36.77%, followed by Edi Rama with 26.58% and then Arbjan Mazniku with 3.93%.
