The Audiovisual Media Authority Chairwoman, Ms. Armela Krasniqi, visited Berat as part of the ongoing meetings to discuss the proposed amendments to the regulation “On the criteria and procedures for granting authorizations”.
During the meeting with the authorized operators by AMA in Berat, Ms. Krasniqi outlined the positive impact of the proposed regulatory amendments, both in facilitating the conditions for obtaining or renewing authorizations and in strengthening legal measures to prevent the manipulation of terrestrial signal distribution that violate licensing terms and broadcasting rights.
The consultation tour, which began in Dibër and continued in Lezhë, Shkodër, Elbasan, Durrës and Tirana regions, will continue in other regions across the country.
