Content monitoring: The volume of institutional ads in national TV broadcasters during December varies from 0-1.72%

During December 2023, the distribution of institutional advertisements for national TV broadcasters varies from 0 to 1.72% of the total. As every month, the monitoring results on the volume of public advertising on TV broadcasters are published on AMA’s official website, https://ama.gov.al/monitorimi-i-permbajtjeve/ and reflect the percentage of institutional advertisements in the total ads volume on national TV broadcasters.

For the last month of 2023, Top Channel and TV Klan did not broadcast any public ads. Vizion Plus broadcast 0.06% of the total number of ads, whereas as regards RTSH1, from the total ads volume, 1.72% were institutional ones.

Other elements of audiovisual broadcasts are also kept under monitoring, i.e. full time in minutes and percentages for political parties, synchronous actors in percentage for institutions, news topics in minutes for national licensed radio and TV stations or the largest buyers of television space.

The data is public, thus enabling any individual, interest group, researcher, etc., the possibility to access real-time information on the AMSPs broadcast trends.
