The Audiovisual Media Authority (AMA) is very concerned about the serious threats against the host of well-known “The Unexposed” TV Show, Mr. Ylli Rakipi.
This is a repeat of case of pressure exerted in various forms on journalists, therefore AMA condemns any attempt that undermines and jeopardizes the free speech and integrity of the media community’s engagement.
AMA shows solidarity with Mr. Rakipi and makes an appeal to the authorities to clarify without delay the circumstances and put before justice the authors of such a serious act and to guarantee a safe and normal climate of work for editors and journalists performing their duties and mission to inform the public.
